بہت سے لوگ مجھ سے اکثر یہ سوال کرتے تھے کہ کیا سب رنگ دوبارہ آ سکتا ہے؟ میرا جواب یہی ہوتا کہ وہ وقت اب گزر چکا، سب رنگ کا اپنا وقت اور دَور تھا۔ سب رنگ کے احیا کی کئی بار کوششیں بھی ہوئیں لیکن بارآور نہ ہو سکیں۔ بہرحال سب رنگ تو پھر شروع نہ ہوا مگر ’’سب رنگ کہانیاں‘‘ کی اشاعت سے ایک بہت بڑا کام بلکہ کارنامہ ہوا ہے۔ اور یہ کارنامہ سب رنگ اور شکیل عادل زادہ کے عاشقِ صادق حسن رضا گوندل نے تنِ تنہا کیا ہے۔ سب رنگ کے وہ پرچے جو زمانے کی دست برد کا شکار ہو کر کب کے معدوم ہو چکے تھے، شکیل عادل زادہ کا وہ کام جس کا ایک زمانہ مدّاح ہے، وقت کی گرد میں کھو جانے کو تھا کہ برادرم حسن رضا گوندل نے اسے کتابی صورت میں پیش کردیا۔ حیرت کیجیے کہ انگلستان میں بیٹھ کر وہ اتنے انہماک، دل جمعی اور تسلسل سے یہ کام کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ یہ ایک دو دن کا کام نہیں تھا۔ اُنھوں نے جو مسلسل محنت کی ہے اس پر وہ خلوصِ دل سے مبارک باد کے مستحق ہیں۔ میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ جس طرح سب رنگ کی وجہ سے شکیل عادل زادہ امر ہو گئے ہیں، اسی طرح سب رنگ کہانیاں کی وجہ سے حسن رضا گوندل امر ہو گئے ہیں، زندۂ جاوید۔

کہانی کہنا اور کہانی سننا ہر عہد کے مزاج کا حصّہ ہے۔ کہانی چاہے کہیں بھی لکھی گئی، نسلِ انسانی کا اجتماعی ورثہ ہے۔ کہانیاں ایک ایسا روزن ہے جس کے ذریعے ہم گھر بیٹھے ساری دنیا دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔ رنگ، نسل، عقیدہ مختلف ہو سکتا ہے لیکن دل کی کیفیات ایک جیسی ہیں۔ ایثار، قربانی، محبّت، وفا۔ مکر، فریب، لالچ، حسد۔ بہادری، جاں فشانی، جہدِ مسلسل اور جستجو۔ شکیل عادل زادہ کی بدولت ہمیں دنیا بھر کے فکشن تک رسائی ہوئی۔ ہر عہد کی کہانی، ہر انسان کی کہانی۔ اور پھر کیا ہوا کہ یہ تمام کہانیاں اور ان کے بہت سے کردار میری شخصیت کا حصّہ بن گئے۔ میرے مزاج میں ڈھل گئے۔ غالب نے کہا تھا، ’’مری تعمیر میں مضمر ہے اک صورت خرابی کی‘‘۔ تعمیر میں مضمر یہ خرابی کہاں سے آتی ہے؟ میں نے سب رنگ میں لاڈلا، کورا اور استاد بٹھل کو ہی نہیں پایا، چیخوف، موپساں، ایڈگر ایلن پو کے تراشیدہ پیکر بھی چنے ہیں۔ گئی عمر میں مَیں ان کے ساتھ رہتا تھا۔ اٹھتا، بیٹھتا، چلتا، سیکھتا، گرتا اور پھر اٹھ کے کھڑا ہو جاتا۔ ان تمام کہانیوں کو الگ سے کتابی شکل میں پاکے میری کھوئی ہوئی دنیا پھر سے لوٹ آئی ہے۔ حسن رضا گوندل کی ’’سب رنگ‘‘ سے بے مثل محبّت کے باعث وہ سارے لوگ پھر سے میرے ہمراہ ہیں جو کبھی میرے دوست تھے، میں جن کے ساتھ مل کے یہ دنیا بدلنا چاہتا تھا۔ شکریہ شکیل عادل زادہ کہ تم کمالِ فن کی تصویر ہو۔ شکریہ حسن رضا گوندل کہ تم جادوگر ہو۔ (ڈاکٹر امجد ثاقب)
